Hunter Valley is one of Australia’s oldest wine regions boasting more than 120 wineries, and produces some terrific wines including the crisp Hunter semillon and the ripe Hunter shiraz. Wine and food buffs can join a winery tour to sample some of the region’s gourmet delights.
